What’s New Since Launch?
We’ve been hard at work making the app better, thanks to your feedback! Here are just a few of the new features and improvements we’ve rolled out since our beta launch in April:
🆕 New Features
Suppliers can now edit the delivery fee.
We've improved the app's security to help keep your data safe and protected.
Providers and suppliers can now minimize or expand the sidebar menu.
A new Resources section has been added to the provider sidebar—this is where you can find helpful guides about using the app.
Participants and providers can now submit a “Request to Cancel” an order.
A new Recurring Order feature is now available—users can schedule future orders in advance.
⚙️ Improvements to Existing Features
Order notes are now visible on the order details page—this lets you see any important messages or instructions from the supplier.
A Google Feedback Survey pop-up will now appear after placing an order.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Fixed duplicate entries in order status history.
Fixed missing birthdate issue during registration.
Fixed duplicate product entries in tracking/insights.
Fixed issue with participants incorrectly flagged as low stock.
Fixed filters in the order management section.

Struggling to swallow tablets or capsules? Gloup is a slippery gel that makes tablets easier to swallow — especially for people with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)

Makes swallowing tablets easier and more comfortable
Comes in different flavours and thicknesses
No known drug interactions
Little or no impact on the absorption of medication
Step 1: Place tablet on spoon → Step 2: Add Gloup → Step 3: Swallow
